Royal Navy 7s are comprised of 3 teams: the Sharks (senior team), Stingrays (development team) and the Makos (the Women's team). Over the next 5 weeks these teams will undergo a range of training camps in line with the RFU return to rugby program with an eye on a busy summer schedule around the country, competiting against the top teams on the 7s circuit.
