For the last three years the Navy Sharks have met the Pyrenees 7's in the International Overseas Section of the Dubai Sevens. On each occasion the winer of the game also went on to win the tournament, the Sharks in 2005 and again in 2007. This year the Sharks are not entered due to their recent trip to the SANDF VIIs but HMS Lancaster's rugby team are ensuring that the rivalry (at least on the pitch) continues as they battle in what is a very tough competition.
